General Questions

Please double-check thread colors, monograms, sizing, spelling, processing times, and etc. BEFORE placing your final order as we are not responsible for change request afterwards. If you message us immediately after placing an order, we will try our best to make accommodations, but can not guarantee a change request if your item is already processing. If there is a question regarding sizing of an item, please message me for a size chart before purchasing. We are not responsible for wrong sizing chosen by the customer and we do not accept returns/exchanges.

If you provided an incorrect shipping address,  please contact us immediately and we will cancel your order only if the order is not processing. If your item has already shipped, unfortunately you may have to reorder your product if it does not get returned to us. If you provided an incorrect shipping address that results in an "undeliverable package", you will incur the additional reshipping charges. If a package is returned to us because the recipient never picked it up from the Post Office, you will have to repay the shipping charges before we can ship it to you.

Email or message me to discuss options and I will make a custom listing or invoice for you to pay. This only applies to items that are available on our website. Personal items are not accepted at this time.

Monogram Maiden will not be accepting local pickups. Orders will have to be placed online and will be shipped. If you need your item ASAP, we highly suggest that you order expedited shipping.

At this time Monogram Maiden does not offer personal item personalization. If you need something personalized, we encourage you to purchase items through our website monogrammaiden.com 

Our contact information is provided on our contact page. The best way to contact us is through direct message or email. You may also click the Chat button at the lower part of the screen. 

First, please check your packing slip, that is included in your packaging. It contains the information that the customer entered prior to ordering. If the item matches that packing slip, we unfortunately cannot honor returns or exchanges as the item is customized.

If you realized there is an error on our part, contact us immediately, within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a screenshot or photo of the item and order number so we can correct your order. 

If you are shopping on a mobile device, when you checkout, click "show order summary" and enter the discount code there. If you are on a desktop, the discount code option will be visible on the checkout page. If you have any questions, feel free to chat with us and we will be happy to help.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Returns

All items are personalized and custom. Therefore, there are no refunds or exchanges once an order has started. If an error is due to my part, please address this within 48 hours of receiving your product so we can see about accommodations.

Shipping and Processing

Most items will ship ahead of our 1 week processing time, usually within 1-3 business days unless stated in the product description page. However, allow up to 14 days from the time we get your order until it ships out the door. Delivery time is additional. We are especially busy during the holidays, so please order early to ensure you receive your item within your time frame. 

Please message me to discuss if I can make your order in time. You will be subjected to a rush order processing fee, which is not included in the shipping cost. Some items take longer than others to make so please order early. Items are made to order and take time to process. If you need your item shipped sooner, we encourage you to upgrade your shipping (which can be changed on the checkout page)

We use USPS, UPS, and DHL(international orders). Average shipping times are 3-5 business days for standard economy shipping. If you need your item sooner, you may upgrade your shipping and/or shipping carrier (if applicable) during checkout

Free Economy Shipping is available for orders over $125 for Domestic US orders only. Free shipping will be applied at checkout if your order is over $125 before taxes and fees. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@monogrammaiden.com

We offer international shipping to the following: North America, Europe, and Central America.

 

We have multiple shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and DHL, most offer economy international shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Monogram Maiden is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
